Orders and Payments

When placing an order from this website you should use the shopping cart and order page provided. Our online payment system is managed by Square and Stripe which are fully SSL encrypted and PCI compliant for optimum security.

Delivery charges (where applicable) are calculated and added to your order when you enter your delivery address. You are able to see the full charge before completing your purchase.

While every effort will be made to provide you with the product you have requested, if it is unavailable we will contact you to advise you as soon as possible. If an alternative product is deemed unsuitable by you then any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

Shipping offers shipping to any location within Australia posting via Australia Post. We will endeavor to pack and ship your order within 5 – 7 working days however Australia Post delivery times may vary depending on your location – and once your order is on its way, we take no responsibility for any delays due to Australia Post’s postal service.

Where inaccurate or incomplete details are provided and additional delivery costs are incurred, you will be liable to pay these extra costs. We cannot be held responsible for any products damaged during transit because we take great care in packaging your products to reach you in perfect condition.

International Orders

If you live outside Australia, please contact us prior to placing an order. At present we do not accept orders from outside Australia for our pure essential oil blends. Pure oils are classed as a flammable liquid and are prohibited to post via airmail. However our pulse point rollers and personal space mists are not considered flammable so we can send the pulse point rollers and personal space mists to you. Please contact us for more information.

Order and Collection Option

We offer an online order and collection service. We hold a small quantity of stock at any given time so this is a great way for you to secure an order and wish to visit us in Tumut NSW. It ensures you won’t miss out on a product if we happen to sell out that week. 

It’s simple, pre-order through our shop and select ‘Pick up in store’ in the shopping cart. Then pick-up your goodies directly from the Tumut NSW 2720. We will notify you via email our opening times and when your order is ready for collection.

Return Policy

Please choose your order carefully because we do not provide refunds if you change your mind. In the unlikely event of a faulty product being supplied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will organise a replacement.
